Hurst USA, Inc. has grown out of the Sports & Entertainment industry's need for HD transmission. The digital transmission industry is changing quickly and we are changing with it. We offer HD and SD services with many options. We serve the world's Sports & Entertainment agencies and networks with event transmission through our digital compression kits and uplink vehicles.

Jeff Hurst has an impressive resume of nearly 30 years in television. His professional experience runs the gamut from production to transmission. From his beginnings at KTXA-TV in Arlington, TX in 1979 to running his own business, Hurst USA, Inc., Jeff has developed an extremely well-rounded knowledge of the satellite business. Jeff's entrepreneurial drive combined with his engineering and operations expertise means that he will go the extra mile and get the job done right for each and every client.

John Bright is, and has long been one of the engineering elite in the satellite uplinking industry. His background in production is extensive and his knowledge of digital encoders and transmission is without equal. Add to all this his ability to design, engineer and build our newest uplink vehicle, and he proves his depth and commitment to detail. John has almost single-handedly built the country's first dual band hybrid truck capable of transmitting two C-Band uplinks simultaneously. This truck he named "Junior" is an engineering milestone.
